The package will be sent to us by the carrier of your choice against signature, with insurance for an amount equivalent to the price of the item(s) that is/are being returned.
The refund is made by bank transfer to the IBAN that will be provided by the customer or Paypal.
Attention, following numerous abuses, Abby Maud reserves the right to refuse your order if too many returns have been made over a given period (more than 5 returns per quarter).
