1 - Your order
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding December, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Deliveries are made by Colissimo to your home against signature.
As far as possible, your package is shipped on the day of the order if it is placed before 11 am (excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high activity, order preparation can take up to 48 hours.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be informed of the good delivery of your package. Please check your spam in case you do not receive the confirmation email before contacting us.
2 - Delivery charges
Delivery in France and the European Union is free, excluding express delivery.
For any delivery to Canada, New Zealand and the USA, a flat rate of 40 euros is required regardless of the amount and/or weight of your package. If you would like more information on this, please contact us at contact@abby-maud.com. For shipments to Switzerland, shipping is free. Shipments to these countries are made via the La Poste carrier.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied and are the responsibility of the buyer, as the products are invoiced including VAT.
3 - Return period
You've received your items but the size or cut doesn't suit you? Then don't worry, you have 14 days from the date de receipt of your parcel to return the products concerned. Please fill in the withdrawal form by clicking here: Withdrawal form
Sale items must be returned within 5 days of the date of receipt of your order. Sale items at 60% or more are not eligible for exchange or refund.
4 - Returns procedure
Attention, following numerous abuses, Abby Maud reserves the right to refuse your order if too many returns have been made over a given period (more than 2 returns per month).
The customer will have to return the product(s) at their own expense, except in the case where they have received a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to their initial order. In this case, the customer must contact the customer service at the address contact@abby-maud.fr
The return is at the customer's risk. The product must be returned by the carrier of your choice ONLY against signature in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and spare buttons, accompanied if possible by the order form and insured for the value of its contents in case of loss or damage. Please send us the package tracking number by email.
Shoes must be returned in their original box. The box must be placed in a carton or packaging and not taped directly. The insoles must not show any signs of wear.
Sale items must be returned under the same conditions as other items.

Failing to comply with the present conditions, particularly the return conditions, Abby Maud will not be able to proceed with the refund or exchange of the products concerned.
5 - Repayment period
As soon as we receive your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Your refund will be processed within 15 days of receipt of your items. In case of payment by bank card or bank transfer, the refund will be made to the associated account (please provide us with your IBAN) or to the Paypal account used for the payment.
